Robert Adams started his real estate journey in 2002 when he was 21 by buying his first property via house hacking before the term was coined. He bought a primary residence, gutted and fully remodeled the property, lived there for 2 years, then kept it as rental as he moved on to other investments before later selling this property. Some of his other early investments leveraged partners that helped find deals, provided more financing options, as well as creative deals such as AITD's (now known more commonly as "Sub-To").

In 2004, Robert obtained his Nevada Broker/Salesman license and was the first agent to join Rothwell Gornt Companies (at the time it was called Crighton Real Estate Holdings). Robert has been at this same Brokerage his entire career with the mindset of "I can grow my business as big as I want here, and if I need something I will go out and build it, buy it, or create it on my own. I do not need to seek out a new brokerage to provide it to me." Robert also brought value to clients by wholesaling before the term wholesaling was coined. Robert would handwrite offers and using only his cell phone and a fax machine, he would submit a high volume of assignable offers. Once locking up the contracts he would assign his interest to his investor clients. Robert did not take a wholesaling fee for this but rather just got his clients great deals and he was happy just making the commission as their representation.

Robert's wife got her lending license and did the lending side of the transaction as Robert did the agent side as a solo agent. His wife Angela Adams later in 2013, got her Real Estate license and they have since built The Adams Team at Rothwell Gornt Companies together which has done over 1,000+ transactions and has become a Zillow Flex team that they are actively recruiting for and scaling.
Robert has also expanded his real estate business to his home away from home in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Robert has a very large family spread all over New England. In 2014, Robert received his Massachusetts and Rhode Island Real Estate Broker's License and is associated with Sankey Real Estate in North Attleboro, MA.

Robert's main focus is investing in Vegas as well as scaling their Vegas Zillow Flex team that is setup with a very unique assembly line structure that brings a streamlined process and allows clients to have the whole team support their transactions.
